Costs

1) Sharing a room
– costs are ZAR 8.000,00 per person sharing, per month.

2) Single occupation of a room
– costs are ZAR 12.000,00 per person per month.

The rental is subject to the rules and regulations, all residents are expected to read and adhere to these at all times. All residents will sign the rental agreement that includes the rules and regulations.
